The following terms and conditions apply to all participants of the “DISCOVER” – a 1-day, VIRTUAL transformational experience. Please review them carefully, as they govern your access to all program materials, sessions, and related activities.
By attending this event, you confirm that you are 18 years or older and that you have read and agreed to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure the safety, respect, and well-being of all participants and team members.
Technology Requirements
This event is hosted online. You are responsible for having a stable internet connection, access to Zoom (or ANY OTHER STREAMING PLATFORMS), and a distraction-free environment to participate fully.
Breathwork, Meditation & Sensitive Content
This event includes guided Breathwork and/or Meditation sessions, as well as content that may explore topics such as intimacy and emotional healing.If you are pregnant, we recommend substituting Breathwork with Meditation.
Please note: Morel Global INC is not liable for any personal injury, emotional distress, or loss/damage to personal property during the event.
Medical Responsibility
Participant certifies that does not have medical or physical conditions which would impair or affect his/her ability to engage in any activities that involve physical and/or emotional release or which would cause any risk of harm to Participant, other participants, Facilitators and/or Apprentices or otherwise endanger Participant’s health while participating in the breathwork and meditation sessions.
If you have any doubt about whether you should participate, consult your doctor, physician or therapist before participating in the Breathwork and/or Meditation sessions.
Participant agrees to comply with the stated and customary guidance and norms of participation in the Breathwork and/or Meditation sessions. If, however, Participant observes any unusual hazard during his/her participation, including but not limited to any physical symptoms that Participant feels could be a danger to his/her physical well-being, the participant will immediately remove himself/herself from participation in the session.
Participant acknowledges that he/she has been advised (a) concerning the types of activities which will be engaged in during the event, and understands the risks and difficulties that may arise during the Breathwork and/or Meditation sessions; Participant understands that may decline to do any of the activities. Participant understands that executing this release and engaging in the Breathwork and/or Meditation sessions is assuming those risks which are inherent to the activities involved.
Participant agrees to assume full responsibility for his/her own physical, emotional, and mental health and hold harmless Organizer, and/or any Apprentices working with organizer at the event from any physical, emotional, and/or mental damage that may be attributed to it.
Participant further holds harmless organizer from any and all loss, liability, injury, damage, or cost which may arise out of or in connection with participation in the Breathwork and/or Meditation sessions.
Media Consent
Please note that this event will be conducted live and will be recorded in its entirety. By attending, you agree and acknowledge that Morel Global INC may use any portion of the recording – including your image, voice, comments, or any testimonials you voluntarily share – for marketing, promotional, educational, or internal purposes.
The full event replay will be shared with all participants. If you prefer not to appear in any shared or public-facing materials, please ensure your camera is turned off and refrain from speaking during the session. You may also email us in advance at support@morelglobal.com to express your preferences.
By participating, you grant Morel Global INC the irrevocable right to use, edit, and distribute any part of the event recording as needed, in accordance with our mission to expand access to transformational content.
No Refund Policy
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
By purchasing access to the Discover Webinar, you acknowledge and agree that your purchase includes access to the event materials as specified by your ticket tier:
- VIP Attendees: Receive lifetime access to the recording.
- General Admission Attendees: Receive 7-day access to the recording.
Access to these materials will be granted regardless of whether you attend the live session. Failure to attend the live webinar does not qualify you for a refund or credit. Your purchase covers the digital delivery of the content (live or recorded) based on the access duration tied to your ticket type.
