You are not just an Executive Assistant. You are a right hand, a mirror, and a channel for amplification. You are spiritually attuned and operationally elite. You get things done , and think 5 steps ahead . You move fast, intuit deeply, and know how to hold sacred vision while building systems to bring that vision into form.

You’re someone who:

▫️ Has supported high level founders or creators before (minimum 3–5 years experience)

▫️ Has a track record of translating vision into precise execution

▫️ Understands the intersection of spirituality, marketing, emotional resonance and business

▫️ Is a natural storyteller and knows what kind of content moves people

▫️ Thrives under autonomy but also welcomes direct feedback and collaboration

▫️ Has a calling to work in a mission beyond money : you want to help raise the consciousness of humanity

WHAT YOU WILL DO
You’ll sit at the intersection of execution and expression. Your two main superpowers will be:

1. Executive & Life Integration

- Respond to all correspondence including email and social media messages

- Own email, calendar, travel, scheduling, logistics: create ease and flow

- Prioritize and protect  the Founder’s energy and time

- Filter all opportunities, align requests with purpose, and maintain focused momentum

- Act as a gatekeeper, but also a bridge for aligned collaborators and potential partners.

- Manage CEO’s Legal matters, brand partnerships and investments

2. Brand Voice & Content Management

- Review all podcast appearances, filmed content, event footage

- Identify the most powerful moments for repurposing into short-form and long-form content

- Coordinate with editor + social team to publish only the highest resonance pieces

- Oversee the creation of a monthly content calendar

- Manage Instagram Highlight sections, podcast mentions, brand partner visibility 

- Be the internal pulse of "What content are we putting out that matches the frequency of where we're going?"

- Light social media caption writing or and engagement

BONUS IF YOU:

- Have experience in content strategy, social media, or marketing

- Have worked with a transformational leader, coach, or author

- Have visual sensibility (for IG layout, clip timing, headlines)

- Have light copywriting skills
